Replacement of a CHP generation biogas unit

Location: Geneva, CH

To reduce its diesel consumption, a farm in the Geneva region installed a Biogas production facility 12 years ago. This allows supplying gas to agricultural machines, as well as electricity and fatal heat. Electricity production is operated by means of an engine that, consuming gas, activates an electric generator. Due to the many hours of operation, the older of the two power-generating units needed to be replaced.
